Yes, you can add one additional driver free of charge at booking or pickup. The additional driver must hold a valid licence and meet the same age/licence criteria as the main driver.

Yes. Foreign guests can rent with a valid passport + international or home-country licence. Licence must be at least 1 year old.

A valid driver's licence (local or international), ID/passport and a credit card with sufficient balance. Debit cards are not accepted for deposit.

Turkish licences are unlimited. Foreign licences are usable for 3-6 months depending on your country; after that, an international permit is required.

Depends on class. Economy: 21y/1y licence. Mid: 23y/2y. SUV & Lux: 25y/2y. Premium: 27y/3y. You may add an additional driver who meets the same criteria.

The deductible is the max amount you pay in case of accident (30,000-70,000 TL by class). Full waiver package reduces this to zero.

Mandatory traffic insurance + collision damage waiver are included in all rentals. Full waiver is optional.

Standard insurance has limited cover. Full waiver covers most incidents including glass, tyre, headlights, key loss.

Yes. You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup using the cancel code from your confirmation email. For cancellations within 24 hours, a one-day rental fee applies. Refunds are processed promptly to your card.

Free up to 48 hours before pickup. 50% fee between 48-24 hours, full charge under 24 hours.

Cash, credit/debit card and bank transfer. Corporate customers can use end-of-month invoice payment.

A hold is placed on your credit card at pickup (e.g. Economy 4,000 TRY, Premium 10,000 TRY). If the car is returned without damage and full fuel, the hold is released by your bank within 3-5 business days.

Individual reservation prices are VAT-inclusive. Corporate quotes display VAT-exclusive; tax is added on invoice.

An e-invoice is sent automatically. For corporate invoices, include tax info in the reservation note.

The car must be returned at the same fuel level it was delivered. If returned with less, the difference plus a service fee is charged. Full-to-full option is available on request.

No payment is taken at booking — you only receive a confirmation email. Full payment is collected at vehicle handover. Credit card, bank transfer and cash are all accepted. A deposit hold is placed separately on your credit card.

Yes. Delivery and return at **Kayseri Erkilet Airport is free** — we track your flight and meet you. One-way returns to other major Turkish airports (Istanbul, Ankara, Antalya, Izmir, Trabzon, etc.) incur a 5,000 TRY surcharge.
