1. Definitions
- Company: Asis Filo Araç Kiralama
- User: any natural or legal person who visits the site and/or uses the services.
- Site: the website published at asisfilo.com.tr.
- Service: the car-rental reservation service offered through the Site.
2. Use of the Site
The Site is designed for personal and non-commercial use only. Copying, reproducing, modifying or commercialising Site content is prohibited without written permission.
3. Reservation Terms
- Reservations must be made with accurate, up-to-date information. Incorrect information may cause the reservation to be cancelled.
- Reservation confirmation and cancel code are sent to the email address provided in the reservation form.
- The vehicle is delivered on the date and location stated at reservation, upon presentation of driver's licence and ID/passport.
- Minimum age and licence-tenure requirements vary by vehicle class; details are listed on each vehicle page.
4. Cancellation and Changes
- Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup.
- For cancellations within 24 hours, a one-day rental fee is charged.
- Cancellation is carried out via the "Manage Reservation" page using the cancel code sent by email.
- Date-change requests are evaluated based on vehicle availability.
5. Payment and Deposit
- No payment is taken during reservation; the full amount is collected at vehicle pickup.
- A deposit is held on your credit card at amounts that vary by vehicle class.
- Debit cards are not accepted for deposit purposes.
- The hold is released by your bank within 3-5 business days once the vehicle is returned without damage and with full fuel.
6. Driver Responsibility
- The vehicle may be driven only by drivers named in the contract.
- Compliance with Turkish traffic rules is mandatory.
- Driving under the influence of alcohol is strictly prohibited.
- In case of accident or damage, the 24/7 support line (0352 234 38 58) must be called immediately; a police report and alcohol test report must be obtained. Without these documents the damage falls outside insurance coverage.
7. Insurance
All our vehicles carry full KASKO (comprehensive) insurance and mandatory traffic insurance. However, the following situations fall outside the insurance scope and remain the customer's responsibility:
- Accidents under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
- Use of the vehicle by a person not named in the contract;
- Claims made without a police report and alcohol report;
- Damage caused by driving against traffic rules;
- Tyre, rim, interior cleaning and intentional damage.
8. Intellectual Property
All text, imagery, logos, design and software on the Site are the property of Asis Filo Araç Kiralama or used under licence. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution or modification is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
Utmost care is taken to ensure accuracy of Site content; however, the Company cannot be held liable for damages arising from technical failure, content-update delays or third-party service interruptions.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms of use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Kayseri have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
11. Changes
The Company reserves the right to modify these terms of use at any time without prior notice. The current version is always published on this page.
